Strengthening Safety, Deepening Lean Management

On November 26, 2025, Ming Yang Glass Fiber successfully convened its November Lean Production Coaching Session. The purpose was to further solidify the company's achievements in safety production and quality management, addressing practical pain points on the production floor.

The session was led by senior lean management expert Mr. Jiang, with General Manager Mr. He attending and providing crucial commentary. Management personnel at all levels participated throughout.

On-Site Gemba Walk

The coaching team and management conducted an extensive two-hour on-site gemba walk, covering special inspections based on the "Three Noes & One Specialization" principle, First Article Inspection processes, workstation safety protocols, and 5-element visual boards. Through this "go and see" observation, management gained a more intuitive understanding of actual production conditions.

Safety Milestone

As of the meeting date, Ming Yang Glass Fiber had achieved 458 consecutive days with zero work-related injuries. Mr. Jiang acknowledged the company's current efforts but emphasized: "It is easier to conquer than to maintain."

Four improvement requirements were proposed: cultivate habits, enhance visualization, exercise leadership, and deepen Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Leadership Insights

General Manager Mr. He set forth higher-level expectations: lean production must go beyond surface level. Managers must "grasp the fundamental nature of operational and production problems" and focus on both data and employee development.

Moving forward, Ming Yang Glass Fiber will continue deepening lean management, transforming safety competency into core competitive advantage.
